HomeHeathrow › Terminal 5

Terminal 5 is the British Airways and Iberia terminal at Heathrow, and it's unusually simple for arrivals: every passenger—from all three buildings (T5A, T5B, T5C)—comes through one arrivals hall. Your driver waits in one place. No confusion. No searching three different terminals.

Why Terminal 5 arrivals are stress-free

All passengers arrive in one hall. Whether your aircraft parked at T5A, T5B or T5C (the satellite buildings), you go through the same arrivals hall, collect bags at the same carousels, and meet your driver in the same spot.

Compare that to Terminals 3 and 4 where you might be split across two arrival areas, or Terminal 2 with multiple carousels scattered across the hall. At Terminal 5, there's nowhere to get lost.

  • One arrivals hall means your driver has one spot to stand
  • Easy to coordinate on your phone: "I'm walking to arrivals now"
  • No "which carousel is mine?" or "which exit should I use?" confusion
  • Fastest meet & greet experience on the airport

Terminal 5 location is brilliant for west of London

Terminal 5 sits at the western edge of Heathrow, right by M25 Junction 14. This means transfers to Windsor, Staines, Slough, Reading, Oxford and anywhere on the M3/M4 corridor are often 10–15 minutes faster than from the central terminals (T2, T3).

Windsor

From T5: ~20 min. Direct onto M25, quick exit.

From T2: ~35 min. Cross airport first.

Oxford

From T5: ~75 min. M25 → M4, straight run.

From T2: ~90 min. Same route, longer airport navigation.

Staines

From T5: ~25 min. M25 and straight out.

From T2: ~40 min. Extra routing across airport.

Good to know

Do all BA flights arrive at Terminal 5?

Yes. If you're on British Airways or Iberia, your flight arrives at Terminal 5. The three buildings (T5A, T5B, T5C) are satellite terminals, so your aircraft parks in different places, but all passengers exit through the same arrivals hall in T5A.

What time should I tell my driver to pick me up?

Allow 45 minutes from touchdown to walking out of arrivals with luggage (varies by flight size and baggage claim queues). So if you land at 3pm, expect to meet your driver around 3:45–4pm. Book your flight time and we'll factor this in.

Is 60 minutes free wait actually enough?

Usually, yes. Flight delays are tracked automatically. If there's a slight delay your driver just waits—no charge. If you're really late (say, 90+ minutes), you'd pay for the overage, but we always communicate first. Most Terminal 5 arrivals fit comfortably in the hour.

What if I have checked baggage to collect?

Standard baggage collection at Terminal 5 takes 20–35 minutes depending on flight size. Once you have your bags, walk to arrivals hall and your driver is waiting. The 60-minute window covers this all.

Can I book a return transfer from Terminal 5?

Yes. For your outbound flight from Terminal 5, just specify your departure time and we'll book you for arrivals when you return. Return journey is the same fixed fare, with free meet & greet included.

Do you do early morning pickups for BA long-haul flights?

Yes, 24/7 at the same fixed fare. Early BA long-haul flights from Terminal 5 are one of our most common bookings. Book the night before and we're at your door on time, even for 4am departures.
