Getting to Victoria Palace Theatre by taxi
Frank Matcham's 1911 Victoria Palace, with its angel-topped tower, has been the London home of the smash-hit Hamilton since 2017, following years of Billy Elliot. A 2017 restoration returned the Edwardian auditorium to full splendour.
It faces Victoria Station across Victoria Street, with the coach station, the Gatwick Express and Buckingham Palace and Westminster Cathedral all close by. The constant station traffic makes a fixed fare the simplest way in and out.
