Short answer: the fare you are quoted is set by the journey, the vehicle and the time slot you choose, and it is fixed the moment you book. Demand on the day, the weather, a strike, a bank holiday or the hour of the night do not change it. The only supplements are the weekday peak-hour uplift and the airport pick-up charge, and both are in the price you see before you pay.

Time of day changes what a journey costs to run, and we show it rather than hide it. Weekday journeys into central London between 07:00 and 10:00 and out of it between 16:00 and 19:00 take up to twice as long, and Friday and weekend mornings are busier around the airports; those slots carry a modest uplift that appears in the quote the moment you enter your date and time. No. There is no night rate. A 03:30 pick-up for a 06:00 flight is the same price as the same journey at midday.
No. There is no bank holiday or festive surcharge. Because there is no public transport on Christmas Day, cars do sell out, so book early; the price does not move.
