Short answer: London's airports charge every car that stops at the terminal, central London charges every car that enters on a weekday, and the M25's river crossing charges every car that crosses. On a cheap quote each of these turns up on the day as "plus the airport fee", "plus parking", "plus the toll". On ours they are already in the number.

Amounts change from year to year; the point is that they are the operator's problem, not yours. Confirm the current airport figures on the airports' own sites if you are driving yourself.
A driver on a £45 Heathrow job who pays £7 to stop at the terminal, £10 to park for meet and greet and £18 to enter central London has spent most of the fare before moving. So the cheap operator either adds them on the day, avoids them by asking you to walk to a free car park with your cases, or skips the meet and greet altogether. No. Heathrow's terminal forecourt charge, and the equivalents at Gatwick, Stansted and Luton, are included in every quote for those airports.
Yes. Journeys that start, end or pass through the central London congestion charge zone during charging hours include it in the fixed price. ULEZ is not an issue for our vehicles.
Included on any route that uses it, for example Kent and south Essex to Stansted or Heathrow via the M25.
Yes, and it is included. The driver uses the short-stay car park to meet you in arrivals; you are not asked for the ticket.
