The Arrivals Lounge, then your car
British Airways’ Terminal 5 Arrivals Lounge is landside: take the orange lifts to the first floor. It opens daily 05:00–14:00, with showers and a full English breakfast until 12:00.
- Book with your flight number. Add “Arrivals Lounge” to the booking notes if you plan to use it.
- We track the flight. Your driver works to the actual landing time.
- Message us when you are ready. Send a WhatsApp as you leave the lounge, or when you clear customs.
- Meet in the arrivals hall. Your driver waits with a name board and takes the luggage.

Eligible travellers
- First and business class arrivals on British Airways
- Executive Club Gold members on long-haul BA flights
- American Airlines Emerald members on long-haul BA or AA flights
Capacity is limited, so guests cannot be brought in.

We include 60 minutes of free waiting from touchdown. If you expect a longer stop, say so when you book.
