Tell us the office, the venue and the time the do ends. We send cars to the office at leaving time, drop at the venue and come back for the group in waves so the early leavers and the die-hards both get home. Fares are per car, fixed at booking and identical after midnight; the return pair is 1.8 times a single. If the company is paying, one invoice covers everything.
Small dos and big ones
A team of five in one people carrier is as welcome as a department of eighty in ten minibuses. For a pub crawl or a two-venue night we quote a multi-stop price; for a hotel party out of town we quote wait-and-return.

Yes, and we recommend two to three weeks ahead for December Fridays. You get driver details the day before.
What if some people want to leave early?
Book departures in waves: a car at 10.30pm, another at midnight, the last at 2am. Each is a separate fixed fare.
Is the price the same on the busiest night of the year?
Yes. Rushxo fares are fixed per car with no surge, whatever the date.
