How far in advance should we book office Christmas party taxis?
Two to three weeks ahead for a party in the second half of December, which is when Friday and Thursday nights fill up first. Smaller groups can usually be booked the same week.
Can you invoice the company rather than individuals?
Yes. One booking covers all cars and we invoice the company monthly on a corporate account, or take a single card payment for the whole party.
What if the party runs late?
Tell the driver or the office and we hold the cars. Waiting is charged at a flat rate and the agreed fare itself does not change.
