Staff Christmas party transport taxis and minibuses for teams of 4 to 90, priced per car
Move the whole team to the party and back without a coach: a fleet of fixed-fare cars and minibuses that leave together, drop by area and cost less than the app queue.
Per car, not per person. No surge, no night surcharge. Free cancellation up to 24h before.
Cars, not coaches
A 50-seat coach is the wrong tool for most staff parties: it costs the same whether 20 or 50 turn up, it cannot drop people at their doors, and it waits for the last person. A set of Rushxo cars and 8-seaters does the same job with more flexibility. The outbound leg leaves the office together; the homeward leg runs in waves from 10pm to 2am, each car routed by area so everyone gets home without a detour.
Every car is a fixed fare agreed in advance and the whole plan goes on one booking, which makes the expense claim a single line.
Planning the route home
We ask for a rough list of where people live, group them into cars of up to four (saloon or executive), six (people carrier) or eight to nine (minibus), and set departure slots. Managers get the plan in advance; on the night the drivers text the group when they arrive. Warehouses, hospitals and shift-based teams with an unusual finish time are covered at the same fare, any hour.
Who this suits
Offices in the City, Canary Wharf and the West End; retail and hospitality teams whose party starts after closing; NHS and care teams in Dartford and Medway; schools and councils in Kent and Essex. If the venue is a country pub or a hotel outside London, tell us the postcode and we quote the same way.
Staff Christmas party transport: questions
How many people can you move?
Anything from a team of four in one car to ninety in a fleet of minibuses and saloons leaving together. We plan the mix from your headcount and addresses.
Is a minibus cheaper than several taxis?
For six or more people heading the same way, yes: an 8-seater is roughly 45% more than a saloon, not double, and a 9-seater carries the whole table.
Do you cover parties outside London?
Yes. Kent, Essex, Surrey, Hertfordshire and Sussex venues are all fixed-fare, and long-distance returns are priced at 1.8 times a single.
