An honest look at when meet & greet at Stansted is worth it — and when a simpler pickup is fine — so you choose the right option.
When it's worth it
Meet & greet earns its place when you're tired after a long flight, travelling with children or elderly relatives, carrying a lot of luggage, or arriving late at night. Walking out of reclaim to a driver holding your name — who then handles the bags — removes the most stressful part of landing.
When you might not need it
If you're a solo traveller with hand luggage who's happy to walk to a pickup point, a simpler option can be marginally cheaper. At Rushxo, though, meet & greet is included free, so there's rarely a reason to skip it.
What 'free meet & greet' includes
Driver inside the single terminal's arrivals hall with a name board, 60 minutes' free wait, flight tracking and luggage help — all within the fixed fare.
