How much is a taxi from Terminal 5 to Terminal 2?
A fixed-price saloon starts from £25, confirmed at booking — including meet-and-greet in T5 arrivals, tracking of your inbound flight, 60 minutes free waiting from landing, and kerbside drop at T2 departures.
How long does T5 to T2 take?
The perimeter drive is 10–15 minutes; the full transfer — arrivals hall to T2 check-in kerb — is usually under 25 minutes.
Isn't the train between terminals free?
Yes — and for light travellers it's a good option. Passengers book a car when suitcases, self-transfer time pressure, mobility, children or sheer long-haul fatigue make kerb-to-kerb worth it. We'll tell you honestly if the train suits you better.
I land on BA at T5 and fly Star Alliance from T2 — is this for me?
Exactly this. On separate tickets you collect bags at T5 and re-check at T2 yourself. We meet you in arrivals, load the cases and drop you at T2 check-in — the whole reason this route exists.
Where does my driver meet me at Terminal 5?
In the T5 arrivals hall with a name board. Your inbound flight is tracked, and 60 minutes of free waiting runs from your actual landing — immigration and baggage queues covered.
What if my inbound flight is delayed?
Dispatch follows your actual landing time at no charge. If a delay squeezes your T2 cut-off, call the controller — we'll talk the timings through and adjust.
Will 2 passengers with suitcases fit in a saloon?
Comfortably — up to 4 passengers with 2–3 cases plus hand luggage. Bigger loads go in an estate or MPV, all fixed-price.
How much connection time do I need between T5 and T2 on separate tickets?
It depends on your inbound (domestic vs international), bags and your T2 airline's cut-off — as a rule of thumb most self-transfer passengers want a bare minimum of 2–3 hours between flights. Give us both flight numbers and we'll sanity-check it before confirming.
Do you do other terminal pairings and hotel transfers?
Every combination — T5⇄T3, T5⇄T4, T2⇄T3, T4⇄anywhere — plus all Heathrow hotels including the Sofitel T5, Hilton T4 and the Bath Road strip.
