Short answer: a pre-booked saloon from any Heathrow terminal to central London is £85 fixed per car, agreed before you travel. That covers up to four passengers, luggage, VAT, the airport drop-off charge and 60 minutes of free waiting after your flight lands. There is no night rate and no surge, so the 4am price is the 4pm price.
For every pre-booked pickup at Heathrow and Gatwick, your driver is in the arrivals hall, name board up, within 60 minutes of your flight touching down. If not, the ride is free. It applies to every vehicle and any number of passengers, and it is written into your booking confirmation.
The evening before your journey you get a WhatsApp with your driver's name and TfL badge number, so you know who is coming before you go to sleep. The car model and number plate follow before pickup.
Rushxo is a trading name of Get London Transfer Ltd, TfL private hire operator licence 11588. The company that takes your booking is the company whose driver turns up: your job is not resold to a third party, the driver has the same price you were quoted, and there is one office to call if anything changes.

A pre-booked Rushxo saloon is £85 fixed per car to central London (W1, WC2, SW1, EC), £115 for an executive car, £100 for a six-seat MPV and £130 for a 9-seater. VAT and the Heathrow drop-off charge are included and the price is the same at night.
A metered black cab from the rank is charged by distance and time, so it depends on traffic; Transport for London's own guidance gives a range of roughly £70 to £120 to central London, more late at night. A pre-booked car fixes the figure before you travel.
Sometimes, on a quiet afternoon. At 5am, in rain, or when three flights land together, app prices rise with demand, and there is no driver waiting in arrivals. A fixed fare does not move, whatever the demand.
No. Rushxo has no night rate, no weekend rate and no surge. A 4am pickup costs the same as a 2pm pickup.
Per car. Four people in a saloon pay £85 between them, not £85 each. Luggage, child seats and 60 minutes of waiting after landing are free.
Rushxo runs fixed-price transfers to events and venues, every major airport and cruise terminal, and towns and cities right across London and the South East. Every journey is a fixed price agreed before you book.

No. UK airports do not run EES. When you fly to a Schengen country, you register on arrival at the European airport, and your exit is recorded when you fly home.
ABTA advises arriving at least two hours before departure, because the EES exit check can add time at busy airports.
No. EES registration is free and happens at the border. Be wary of websites that charge for "EES registration"; there is nothing to buy in advance.
Not yet. ETIAS, the EU's separate online travel authorisation, has not launched, so there is nothing to apply for. The EU will announce a start date months in advance; until then, avoid websites that charge for it.
EES is the EU's digital border check for non-EU travellers, fully in use since April 2026. It is not a visa. Checked September 2026; rules can change, so see the EU Travel to Europe site before you travel.
