Canterbury: coaches can't go in
Canterbury's centre is a medieval walled city with narrow streets, much of it pedestrianised. A coach cannot drive into it and there is nowhere inside for one to wait, which makes the drop-off and collection points the entire practical question for a group visit.
Inside the walls, which is exactly what makes the city worth visiting and exactly what makes group transport a matter of knowing where to stop. We use points that work rather than driving in hopefully and discovering otherwise.

A day in Canterbury
The drop-off point is the whole job
There is no clever way round a medieval street plan, and the useful thing we bring is knowing which set-down points work for a coach, where a minibus can do better, and where a group can be collected in the evening without walking half a mile. That is local knowledge rather than a service feature, and it is most of what you are booking.
It works as a half day or a full one
The cathedral itself is a couple of hours if you do it properly. Add the old city, the river, lunch and some shopping and it is a comfortable full day. Tell us roughly what you have in mind and we will set the collection accordingly, including an evening one if you are eating there.
It is our own county, which keeps it cheap
Fifteen minutes from Whitstable, half an hour from Medway, an hour from the west of Kent. For a group outing that puts Canterbury among the cheapest full days on this site, and it is a genuinely good city to spend one in.
Combining it with Dover works well

Can a coach drive into Canterbury?
No. The centre is a medieval walled city with much of it pedestrianised, and there is nowhere inside for a coach to wait. We use designated set-down points outside with a short walk in.
Where will you drop us?
At a point that works for the size of vehicle, which we identify in advance. Knowing which ones work is the practical value of a local operator here.
How far is Canterbury from the rest of Kent?
Fifteen minutes from Whitstable, half an hour from Medway and around an hour from the far west of the county.
Is it a half day or a full day?
Either. The cathedral alone is a couple of hours; add the old city, the river and lunch and it fills a comfortable day.
