What the airport chauffeur service includes
The airport chauffeur service is the premium tier of Rushxo's fixed-fare airport transfers. You get a named, TfL-licensed driver assigned in advance, an executive-class vehicle, and a fare that is confirmed in writing before you travel. There is no meter, no surge pricing and no night or bank-holiday premium: the price you are quoted is the price you pay, including tolls, congestion and airport charges.
- Meet & greet in arrivals: your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name board, helps with luggage and walks you to the car. Up to 60 minutes of waiting after landing is included.
- Flight tracking: we monitor your inbound flight, so an early or delayed landing simply moves the pick-up time; you are not charged for airline delays.
- All London airports: Heathrow (every terminal), Gatwick North and South, Stansted, Luton, London City and Southend.
- Executive vehicles: Mercedes E-Class or equivalent for up to 3 passengers with luggage, Mercedes V-Class for up to 7, and 8-seater minibuses for larger groups. Child seats are available on request at no extra cost.
- 24/7 operation: transfers run around the clock, 365 days a year, including the first flights of the morning and the last arrivals at night.

How booking works
- Enter your pick-up and destination in the quote box above to see the fixed fare for each vehicle class.
- Add your flight number so we can track the arrival. For departures, we recommend a pick-up time that gets you to the terminal at least two hours before a short-haul flight and three hours before long-haul.
- Pay securely online or by card in the car. You receive an e-mail confirmation and your driver's details before pick-up.
Chauffeur service or standard airport taxi?
If you simply need a reliable fixed-fare car, the standard airport taxi is the better value. Choose the chauffeur tier when you want an executive vehicle, a driver dressed for a business pick-up, meet-and-greet as standard, or you are travelling with clients or guests. Both tiers use the same fixed-price model, flight tracking and licensed drivers, so the difference is comfort and presentation rather than reliability.
Frequently asked questions
Is the fare really fixed if my flight is delayed? Yes. Delays are tracked and the fare does not change. Waiting time only starts after the included hour.
Can I book a return at the same time? Yes, and return journeys booked together are discounted.
Do you cover hotels outside central London? Yes. Fares are fixed for any UK postcode, including the Home Counties, Oxford, Cambridge, Brighton and the Southampton and Dover cruise terminals.
Who operates the journey? Every transfer is carried out by Get London Transfer Ltd, a Transport for London licensed private hire operator (licence 11588).
