About RushXO — TfL-Licensed Private Hire, Rooted in Kent
Who we are
Rushxo is a private hire operator licensed by Transport for London under operator licence 11588, and registered in England and Wales as company number 16464640. We began operating in 2025 from a base in Kent, and today we cover Kent, London, the South East and every major UK airport. The operation carries £10 million of insurance cover, and every driver working under our licence is licensed private hire.
One price, agreed before you travel
The fare we quote when you book is the fare you pay when you arrive. There is no surge multiplier at rush hour, no premium when it rains, no match-night uplift and no New Year's Eve surcharge. There is no night rate either. If your flight lands three hours late, the price on your booking is still the price at the door. That single promise is the reason most of our customers come back, and it is the reason we publish fixed fares on the page for every route we serve rather than hiding them behind a live quote engine.
What we cover
Airport transfers are the core of the business — Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, London City, Birmingham and Edinburgh, with meet-and-greet available inside the terminal. Beyond the airports we run cruise transfers to Southampton and Dover, event transport for Wembley, the O2, Ascot, Goodwood, Twickenham and Wimbledon, West End theatre pick-ups, corporate and business accounts, long-distance city-to-city journeys, wheelchair accessible vehicles, and bookings placed on behalf of clients by travel agents and tour operators.
The vehicles
You choose the vehicle class at the point of booking rather than being allocated whatever is nearest. A saloon suits one or two passengers with hand luggage. An MPV takes larger families and the luggage that comes with a fortnight away. Executive and business-class saloons are there when the journey is part of the working day. A nine-seater covers groups travelling together, and wheelchair accessible vehicles are available on request across our service area.

You can book online, message us on WhatsApp, or call 020 8888 9988. Support is staffed by people around the clock — not a chatbot queue — because flights get delayed, trains get cancelled and plans change at two in the morning. If something moves, one call is enough to move your booking with it.
Where we work from
Rushxo is rooted in Kent, with strong local coverage across Dartford, Chatham and the wider Medway towns, and we run into central London and out to airports and ports nationwide from there. Being based outside the centre is deliberate: it keeps our cost base honest, which is what makes a genuinely fixed fare possible in the first place.
