- The O2 (North Greenwich): after big shows the roads around the peninsula are managed and the station is crowded. Your driver agrees a pick-up point with you by text, normally a short walk from the arena, so you get out onto the Blackwall Tunnel approach or A2 quickly.
- Wembley Stadium and OVO Arena: on event days Brent Council restricts traffic around the stadium. Cars cannot wait at the gates, so your driver meets you just outside the restricted area — usually a 10–15 minute walk — and texts the exact location.
- West End theatres: much of Covent Garden and Soho is pedestrianised and Shaftesbury Avenue, the Strand and Haymarket have strict stopping rules. The driver tracks the show's finish time and meets you on a nearby side street.

What if the event finishes late?
Your fare is fixed when you book. The driver times the pick-up to the actual finish and contacts you by text.
Can a group travel together?
Yes. 7-seat MPVs and 8- and 9-seater minibuses carry a whole group with bags under one booking.
Can you take us to the venue and back?
Yes. Book both legs together and the return is 5% cheaper.
Where will the driver wait after the show?
