How the shuttle works
Instead of one departure we schedule a run: minibuses and saloons leaving the venue at set times from 10.30pm to 2am, each taking a direction, so guests choose when to go and nobody waits for a full car. The organiser gets the timetable and the driver names in advance; guests get a text when their car is outside. It works for hotel parties where guests are staying nearby, for company events with staff spread across London, and for Kent and Essex teams heading home along one corridor.
Pricing the evening
We quote the shuttle as one fixed price for the plan, based on the number of runs and the distances, rather than per person. A typical West End party with sixty guests going home across London and into Kent runs to six or seven vehicles over three hours. Returns and repeats are priced in from the start.
Where it is used
Hotel ballroom parties in Mayfair and Park Lane, company dinners in the City, Canary Wharf floor parties, and out-of-town venues in Kent, Surrey and Essex where the alternative is a coach that leaves when the last person is ready.
