What Rushxo does, and how a booking works
Rushxo is a TfL-licensed private-hire operator based in London, providing pre-booked cars and minibuses at fixed fares across London, the Home Counties and long-distance routes throughout England and Wales. The core services are airport transfers (Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, London City and Southend), executive and chauffeur-driven travel for business, event and theatre transport, cruise-port transfers to Southampton and Dover, school, university and medical transport, and long-distance city-to-city journeys.
Every job is quoted as a fixed door-to-door fare before you confirm. The fare includes tolls, the airport forecourt charge, ULEZ and the Congestion Charge, and — for airport pickups — a meet-and-greet with a name board and 60 minutes of free waiting after landing. Child seats are free. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup. There is no surcharge at night, on weekends, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day or New Year's Eve.
Vehicles range from standard and executive saloons through six-passenger MPVs to 8- and 16-seater minibuses. Businesses, schools, hotels and clinics can open a monthly account with itemised invoicing. Book online at rushxo.co.uk/rushxo-booking, call 020 8888 9988, or message the concierge line on WhatsApp. You receive the driver's name, vehicle and registration before pickup.

Frequently asked questions
Is the fare really fixed?
Yes. The price you are quoted at booking is the price you pay, whatever the traffic or the time of day. Extra stops or a change of destination are re-quoted before the journey.
How do I know which car has arrived?
You receive the driver's name, vehicle model, colour and registration before pickup, and the driver messages you on arrival.
