What a Rushxo corporate account includes

A Rushxo corporate taxi account puts every business journey your company takes on one account and one monthly invoice: staff and airport transfers in London, the Kent and Essex commuter belt, and long-distance runs to cities, airports and venues across England. Every journey is a fixed fare agreed before the car is dispatched, so finance knows the cost of a trip before it happens rather than after a surge multiplier has applied. Bookers use the online form, WhatsApp or the phone; each journey is logged with the passenger name, cost centre or reference and the route; and the invoice arrives itemised, with VAT shown, at the end of the month.

Coverage: London, Kent, Essex and all of England on one account

Most corporate taxi accounts in London stop at the M25, or price everything outside it as a special request. Rushxo is based in Dartford, on the Kent side of the Dartford Crossing, and the account covers London, Kent and Essex as one network at the same fixed-fare pricing, which is where the staff actually live and where the client sites, warehouses and hotels actually are. Beyond that we run fixed fares to all nine English regions: Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol, Cardiff, Southampton, Cambridge, Oxford and the towns between, per car both ways, and to every UK airport from Bristol to Leeds Bradford. Browse the long-distance routes from every London borough or the event venue transfers for conferences, hospitality and matchdays.

Airport transfers on account: live traffic routing and meet and greet

Airport work is where an account earns its keep. Every airport booking is tied to a flight number: we track it, move the pickup if the flight is early or late, and meet the passenger inside arrivals with a name board, with 60 minutes of free waiting from landing and the airport drop-off charge inside the fare. Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, London City and Southend are all fixed fares from any address, and airport-to-airport connections are quoted the same way. A visiting client lands, is met, and is at the office or hotel without anyone in the building having to arrange a car; the journey appears on the invoice under the right cost centre. Every driver holds a TfL private hire licence with an enhanced DBS check, every vehicle is licensed, inspected and insured, and the company carries £10m public liability cover, which covers the duty-of-care question most travel policies ask. Hybrid and electric vehicles are available on request for accounts with an emissions policy, and journey logs can be used for travel-emissions reporting.

Pricing: fixed fares, no surge, one invoice

Fares are fixed per journey, per vehicle, and quoted before the car is sent: the same route costs the same on a Monday morning as on a Friday night, and a delayed flight or a slow M25 does not change the figure. There is no surge, no meter and no night, weekend or bank-holiday surcharge. Waiting time on airport pickups is included for 60 minutes from landing; waiting at an address is agreed at booking and priced upfront. Returns booked together are 10% off. Compare that with a metered black cab account, where the fare is known at the end of the journey, or an app business profile, where the price can rise with demand at exactly the moment your staff are travelling.

How to open an account

  1. Call 020 8888 9988, message +44 7466 237870 on WhatsApp, or make a first booking on the booking page and ask the team to convert it into an account.
  2. Tell us who can book, which cost centres or references you use, any spending caps or vehicle rules, and where invoices should go. The account is usually open within one working day.
  3. Book as normal from then on: each journey is confirmed with the driver’s name, photo and registration, logged to the account, and invoiced at the end of the month.

Accounts suit companies from a two-person practice that sends clients to the airport to a head office moving hundreds of staff a month. Read about our corporate taxi service and what customers say.

Corporate taxi account: questions

How does billing and invoicing work?

Every journey is logged with the passenger name, cost centre or reference and the route, and you receive one itemised VAT invoice at the end of the month. Purchase order numbers and departmental splits are added on request.

Are fares fixed or metered?

Fixed. Each journey is quoted before the car is dispatched and the figure does not change with traffic, time of day, a delayed flight or demand. There is no meter and no surge.

How quickly can we open an account?

Usually within one working day. Call 020 8888 9988, message +44 7466 237870 on WhatsApp, or make a first booking online and ask the team to convert it.

Can we set spending limits or travel policies per employee?

Yes. Approved bookers, spending caps per journey, permitted vehicle classes and which departments can book after hours are set once and applied by dispatch on every booking.

Do airport transfers include live traffic routing and free waiting time?

Yes. Every airport booking is tied to the flight number and tracked; the driver meets the passenger inside arrivals with a name board, 60 minutes of waiting from landing is included, and the airport drop-off charge is inside the fare.

Are drivers licensed and vetted?

Yes. Every driver holds a TfL private hire licence with an enhanced DBS check, vehicles are licensed, inspected and insured, and the company carries £10m public liability cover.

What vehicles are available, including for larger groups and accessible travel?

Saloons, executive Mercedes cars, 6-seat MPVs, V Class minibuses, 16-seaters on request and wheelchair-accessible vehicles booked in advance. Hybrid and electric vehicles are available on request.

Do you cover the whole of England?

Yes. London, Kent and Essex are the home network, and fixed fares run to all nine English regions, every UK airport and the major cities, venues and stations, per car both ways.

Can a PA or office manager book on behalf of staff and visitors?

Yes. Approved bookers can book for anyone, including visiting clients, and the journey is logged to the account with the passenger’s name and the cost centre chosen at booking.

Is there a night, weekend or holiday surcharge on account journeys?

No. The fixed fare is the same at any hour and on any date, including Christmas and New Year.

One fixed price. Booked in two minutes.

What a corporate account gives you

What companies use us for

How it works

  1. Email support.rxo@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your company name and typical routes.
  2. We send a short account form and agreed prices for your routes (usually same day).
  3. Your team books by email, WhatsApp, phone or the online form with their cost centre; drivers’ details arrive the evening before.
  4. One itemised invoice a month; reports on request.

Why fixed prices matter to a finance team

No two app rides to Heathrow cost the same; ours do. A fixed tariff means travel budgets are predictable, expense claims are simple, and nobody pays 2× surge at 05:00. Typical corporate rates: central London to Heathrow from £85, to Gatwick from £85, Canary Wharf to Heathrow from about £100, hourly executive hire from about £55 (3-hour minimum) – final tariff by account.

Frequently asked

Do you offer credit terms?

Yes – 30 days from invoice for approved accounts; card-on-file for smaller companies.

Can we book for guests and pay centrally?

Yes. Give the passenger’s name and flight; the passenger pays nothing.

Are drivers vetted?

Every driver holds a TfL private hire licence (enhanced DBS check, medical, topographical test) and is covered by hire-and-reward insurance.

Do you cover outside London?

Anywhere in Great Britain, door to door, including airport-to-airport and port transfers.

Can you handle a roadshow across several cities?

Yes – one driver and one car for the whole itinerary, or a car in each city.
