Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5
Heathrow's terminals are miles apart and the wrong one costs twenty minutes, so we take the flight number and set the terminal from it. Drop-offs go to the forecourt at every terminal, with the £6 Heathrow charge in the fare. For arrivals the driver parks in the terminal's short-stay car park, watches the flight, and is at the arrivals barrier with a name board by the time you clear customs; the first 60 minutes after landing are free, which covers the long walk from a T5 C-gate or a slow bag belt at T3. If you would rather skip the hall, we can meet you at the short-stay lift lobby instead.
When a chauffeur beats the Elizabeth line
