How we help
Meet at the airport assistance desk, wheelchair and luggage handled, a quiet executive car or MPV, a waiting driver for appointments, and the same driver for the whole stay where possible. Regular hospital runs are invoiced to one account for families or embassies; Arabic, Urdu, Russian, Greek and Nigerian-language drivers on request. Medical visitor visas: the Standard Visitor visa covers private treatment up to 6 months; an 11-month version exists for longer courses.
Practical
Private hospitals quote in pounds and usually need a deposit; NHS emergency care is free at the point of use for everyone but follow-up is charged to visitors. Pharmacies on Harley Street fill private prescriptions; Boots on Oxford Street is open late. Halal, kosher and vegetarian meals are available at all the hospitals above.
