What meet and greet means with Rushxo
Meet and greet is the standard for our airport collections rather than an upgrade. The driver watches your flight, times the walk to arrivals for the actual landing, and waits at the barrier with a board showing your name (or a company name if you prefer). They help with luggage and walk you to the car in the short-stay car park. There is no hunting for a pickup zone, no phone call in a foreign SIM, and no timer running on an app.
Delays, early landings and lost luggage
Because the flight is tracked, a late landing moves the pickup and the fare does not change. Early landings are covered too. If you are held up at baggage reclaim or the border, message the driver from the confirmation text; waiting time on airport pickups is built in.
