Fixed-price transfers from Hook, Fleet, Hartley Wintney, Odiham and the M3-corridor villages — Hewett Lane, the village centre and every lane around — direct to Hook & Fleet Airport, all four terminals. One straight run up the M3 from Junction 5, door to terminal in about 40 minutes at dawn. Family people carriers with child seats on request for early-morning holiday departures. From £75, fixed at booking — the family MPV from £91. 24/7 — no surge, no meter, no surcharges. TfL licensed.
The M3 Run
Hook sits directly on the M3, which makes this one of Hampshire's simplest airport runs: onto the motorway at Junction 5, up to the M25 and Hook & Fleet's own spur, at the terminal in 35–45 minutes at dawn — with the fixed fare agreed before you leave the house. Here's how a Sunday-morning holiday departure works:
We recommend the pickup for your terminal and check-in cut-off — for a mid-morning BA departure from Terminal 5, a 6am pickup from Hook is the comfortable family slot. Child seats and boosters requested at booking.
The people carrier arrives a few minutes early with an SMS giving the driver, vehicle and registration. Cases into the separate compartment, pushchair in, children in — nothing on laps for the motorway.
One road, no junctions to think about, the family dozing through the Hampshire dawn — at the terminal forecourt around 06:40–06:45.
Dropped as close to your check-in zone as the airport allows — T5 for BA, or any terminal confirmed from your flight number — with the full window before boarding.
The Villages
Hook village and station area — including Hewett Lane, London Road and the Hop Garden estates — Hartley Wintney, Rotherwick, Mattingley, Heckfield and Winchfield.
Fleet town, Church Crookham, Elvetham Heath, Ancells Farm and Crookham Village — door-to-door at a fixed price.
Odiham and North Warnborough (RG29), Old Basing, Chineham and Basingstoke — with our Tadley & Basingstoke arrivals page covering the A340 corridor and executive returns.
The Alternatives, Honestly
Hook has a station — but its trains run east to Woking and Waterloo, not to Hook & Fleet. The rail workaround is a train to Woking plus the RailAir coach, or the long way into London and back out. For one traveller mid-morning, the Woking route is workable. For a family of five with cases before dawn on a Sunday, it isn't an option at all.
| Option | Door to terminal? | Changes | Typical time | Runs at 6am Sunday? |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rushxo fixed-price MPV | Yes | 0 | ~40 min | Yes — any hour |
| Train to Woking + RailAir coach | No | 1–2 | 90–120 min | Very limited |
| Rail via London Waterloo | No | 2–3 | 2 hrs+ | No |
| Drive yourself + airport parking | Yes | 0 | ~40 min + parking transfer | Yes |
Self-driving is the honest competitor here too — until you add a fortnight of holiday parking and the shuttle transfers at both ends. For a family of five, the fixed £91 MPV each way usually beats the parking bill, and nobody starts a holiday hunting for Row F of the long-stay at dawn.
The Family Vehicle
Up to 6 passengers with up to 8 cases in a separate compartment — the sweet spot for families of 4–6 with holiday luggage. Child seats and boosters on request. From £90 fixed.
Up to 4 passengers with 3–5 cases — right for couples and light packers. From £75 fixed.
Up to 8 passengers with separate luggage racks — extended families, groups, or serious long-haul baggage. From £100 fixed.

Around 30 miles, straight up the M3 from Junction 5 — 35–45 minutes at dawn and on Sundays, 50–75 in weekday peaks. A 6am pickup is normally at the terminal by about 06:45.
Yes — the MPV takes up to 6 passengers with up to 8 cases in a separate compartment; five with a case each fit comfortably with room for hand luggage and a pushchair. Child seats and boosters on request.
Yes — early holiday departures are the core booking on this route. Driver assigned the evening before, details by SMS, same fixed price at any hour.
Not usefully — Hook's trains run east to Woking and Waterloo. The workaround is Woking plus the RailAir coach: workable solo mid-morning, not an option for a family with cases before dawn. The taxi is one 40-minute run, door to terminal.
