Is it genuinely fixed — no surge at all?

Yes. The fare quoted at booking is final. Rain, rush hour, New Year's Eve, Cup Final night — the price is identical. No multipliers exist in our pricing at all.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track every flight in real time. If you land late, your driver's arrival adjusts automatically and your 60 minutes of free waiting starts from the actual landing time. No extra charge.
