Yes. The fare you're quoted when you book is the fare you pay, whatever the traffic, time of night or demand. There's no surge pricing and no meter running.
As early as you like. For airport pick-ups, weekend nights and early mornings we'd suggest booking at least a day ahead so your car and time are confirmed, but same-day pre-bookings are fine when we have availability.
We track your flight number, so your driver's pick-up time moves with your landing time. You don't need to call us and there's nothing extra to pay for a delay.
Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall at your terminal, holding a name board, and you'll have their number by text before you land. Tell us your terminal when you book; if you're not sure, give us the airline and we'll work it out.
Yes. We cover all London airports and destinations across London and the UK at fixed fares.
Yes. Give us the passenger's name and mobile number when you book and we'll send them the driver details. Let us know how many passengers and bags so we send the right size vehicle.
Tell us the child's age when you book and we'll do our best to supply a suitable seat, subject to availability.
Yes. You can pay by card when you book online or by phone, or in the car.
Yes. The prize covers any Rushxo journey up to £50; if the fare is more than £50 you just pay the difference. See the full terms below.
