Staff transport for hospitals, clinics and care providers

Rushxo provides reliable pre-booked transport for healthcare staff: consultants moving between sites, nurses and care workers finishing late shifts when public transport has stopped, locum and agency staff travelling to placements, and teams attending training days or conferences. Bookings can be made by the trust, the agency or the individual against an account.

The fixed fare is the same at 02:00 as at 14:00, with no night or weekend premium, and includes ULEZ and the Congestion Charge. For regular late-shift runs we set up a standing booking with the same pickup point each night, and the driver messages the passenger when the car is outside so nobody waits on the street.

Accounts receive a monthly itemised invoice by department or cost centre, with individual VAT receipts per journey for expense claims. Drivers are TfL-licensed and DBS-checked, and a live tracking link is available to the team lead.
