How much is a taxi from London to Dover Cruise Terminal?
From £168 in a saloon, £199 in an MPV and £239 in an 8-seater. The fare is fixed when you book and it is the same coming home from your cruise, so the embarkation and disembarkation legs cost the same.
Will you drop us at the right cruise terminal?
Yes. Dover has two cruise terminals (Terminal 1 and Terminal 2) in the Western Docks. Your ship is assigned to one of them; tell us the ship and date and we take you to the correct terminal building. Tell us your ship and sail date (or the terminal name on your e-ticket) and we take you to the exact terminal door, not a general port entrance.
What time should we arrive for embarkation?
From central London, allow about 2 hours’ drive plus your check-in window. We time the pickup around your allocated check-in window so you are not waiting around or arriving late.
Can you collect us when the cruise gets back?
Yes — book the return leg at the same time. Disembarkation runs by luggage group, so tell us your group and we collect when you actually clear the terminal. Same fixed fare as the outbound.
Do you charge extra for cruise luggage?
No. Tell us how many are travelling and how many cases and we send a vehicle that fits it all — an estate car, MPV or van — at no surcharge for the bags.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, free of charge in every vehicle. Tell us the ages and how many when you book and they are fitted before we arrive.
