Isn't the Heathrow Express just faster?
Platform to platform, yes. Door to kerb, often not — add the walk or luggage-drag to Paddington, the escalators, and the onward shuffle if you're flying from Terminal 4 or 5, and a doorstep car is frequently level on time while being effortless throughout. For groups it's usually cheaper too.
Do you drop at all four terminals for a fixed price?
Yes — Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5 each get a terminal-exact fixed quote, with tolls and the airport's forecourt drop-off fee already inside the number. Nothing is added at the kerb.
Can you collect me from a hotel rather than the station?
That's most of what we do on this route. Give the hotel name and we handle the rest — the driver waits at the entrance and helps with cases. Sussex Gardens, Lancaster Gate, Craven Road, Inverness Terrace: all standard territory.
What about a 6am flight — when should I leave W2?
