FBOs handle aircraft maintenance, fuel, parking, crew facilities, and passenger amenities. Unlike commercial airline terminals, FBO facilities are dedicated to private and business aviation operations.

Your aircraft arrives at the FBO and is directed to a private parking position. Unlike commercial terminals, your jet parks at a dedicated private position.
FBO ground crew handles aircraft parking, door opening, stairs, and initial passenger services. This is managed entirely by the FBO and your aircraft operator.
For international flights, customs and immigration formalities are conducted at the FBO. This may occur landside or on the aircraft, depending on the FBO and your flight status.
Your luggage is unloaded and either collected directly or handled by FBO baggage services. The FBO or your aircraft operator manages this process.
Once you've cleared FBO procedures, you meet your pre-arranged RushXO chauffeur at the agreed landside meeting point. Your driver is waiting with name board or direct coordination.
