Delete your RushXO account

delete account fixed-price taxi booking with Rushxo

You can permanently delete your RushXO account and the data tied to it. Two ways to do it — from inside the app, or by sending a request here.

Option 1 — In the app

Delete from your account settings

  1. Open RushXO and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings → Account.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm. Your account is queued for deletion immediately.

Edit these steps to match your real app navigation exactly — a reviewer will follow them.

Option 2 — From the web

Request deletion without the app

Use this if you've already uninstalled RushXO. Fill in the email address on your account and we'll verify it before deleting.

This opens your email app with the request filled in. You can also email support.rxo@gmail.com directly with the subject "Delete my account".

What happens to your data

Deleted and kept, in full

Deleted permanently

  • Your profile, name, and photo
  • Email address and login credentials
  • Content you created in the app
  • Activity history and preferences
  • Device identifiers and analytics tied to you
  • Removed from live systems within 30 days, and from backups within 90 days.

Kept for a limited time

  • Transaction and billing records 7 years — required by tax law
  • Fraud and abuse records 2 years — to prevent repeat abuse
  • Anonymised, aggregated usage stats Indefinite — no longer linked to you

Replace these lists with what your app actually stores and retains. Do not leave categories here that don't apply to RushXO.

Timeline

After you send the request

  1. We email you within 2 business days to confirm you own the account.
  2. Once confirmed, deletion begins. There is no reactivation after this point.
  3. You receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
